Absolutely first class customer service and products . Cristine couldn’t have been more helpful / quick to reply and accommodating to my messages .
She went above and beyond to get my bag out to me as quickly as possible and followed up with the couriers .
It’s rare to say that the service is SO good it’s made me love my bag even more because it was such a warm and kind experience .
My bag is so perfect and amazing quality , look and craftsmanship . I loved it so much but couldn’t decide which colour . I opted for the brown and as a surprise my mother ordered me the same in red which I’m delighted with .
They are very good value for money and packaged so well . The little gift card / seeded note and hand written note made me feel like a friend had sent it !
I will be buying more and can’t thank you enough . Fabulous experience with Wasacs ! Zoe ( U.K )

Este bolso está muy bien hecho y ejecutado. El cuero tiene un tacto muy agradable. Lo pedí por su diseño creativo y no me ha decepcionado en absoluto. Es precioso y tiene el tamaño perfecto. Me encantó la nota personal y que el papel en el que está escrita sea en realidad un bloc de semillas.
Volveré a comprar más sin duda. Gracias 🤩

Era un regalo para el día de la madre y fue inmejorable: las tarjetas y el pañuelo que envolvía el bolso, detalles muy originales; y el bolso en sí le encantó: por calidad y diseño, por bonito y diferente.

Tenía que hacer un regalo especial y me decanté por el Aude Mini. Jugaba además con el factor sorpresa en contra, no quería que llegara antes de tiempo a casa. Contacté con el equipo y pusieron todo de su parte para que así fuera ¡Gracias, Cristina!. Atención al cliente de 10
Sobre el producto, por las fotos y la descripción esperaba un bolso de buena calidad pero la piel ha superado con creces mis expectativas. Todos los detalles están súper cuidados
