I’ve been buying from your website for years. I don’t buy a lot, but get a variety.
This last shipment I was very disappointed in the quality. I ordered 10 seeds that the pal Kush I planted six of those and a variety of others not one of the Kush seeds germinated. All the others about eight of them sprouted with no issue all treated the same but six out of 10 not sprouting is not acceptable. I still have 4 left but they prolly won’t sprout. I know you have a policy of not refunding for that issue and I don’t want a discount.
I have recommended your site to many of the years but I am leaving you because the quality and variety of your products gone downhill. Sorry but that’s the truth.

The seeds I received seem to be of good quality, with a high germination rate for sure. I ordered some Landrace Afghan and was supplied with Wild Thai - not even close to the same strain.
If the final results are good, I'd order again from this site.
