Los felicito, han dado en el clavo. Muebles de buena calidad, buen diseño, a un precio razonable. Para mí al menos no tenía sentido pagar 2000 € o incluso más por una cama abatible.
Por otro lado, la atención ha sido impecable, tuve una duda y me atendieron de la mejor manera. Y además, su estrategia de marketing es muy buena. Tengo tiktok minado de productos MueMue.

Horrible quality, wood was bowed out of shape, metal attachments supporting the bed were warped which made installation an absolute nightmare. Then one arm broke off. This is not worth 1500€ in my opinion.

Tal y como esperábamos, el montaje sencillo, pero hay que tener bastante fuerza para la colocación final, un modo de ahorrar espacio sin renunciar a la comodidad de los invitados.

J’aurais voulu mettre 0 étoile, mais ce n’est malheureusement pas possible.

J’ai déposé une réclamation dès le mois de novembre et, à ce jour, aucun retour, malgré de nombreuses relances par mail et par téléphone. Pire encore : lorsque j’appelle, ils coupent tout simplement la ligne. C’est inacceptable et profondément irrespectueux envers les clients.
Concernant le produit : j’ai acheté un lit escamotable chez eux.
Le manuel de montage contient des erreurs, le bois est de très mauvaise qualité et s’est cassé dès le montage. Mais le plus grave reste la structure métallique, censée supporter deux gros blocs, qui s’est cassée en quelques secondes seulement.
Heureusement que trois personnes étaient présentes pour retenir le meuble, sinon cela aurait pu blesser gravement, voire tuer quelqu’un. C’est extrêmement dangereux.
À ce jour, j’attends toujours une action de leur part.
Ils affichent bien en grand “satisfait ou remboursé”… Je vous dirai si je revois un jour mes sous.
