Lieferung und Bestellung waren unkompliziert, der Kundenservice war kompetent und freundlich.
Das Gerät ist benutzerfreundlich, die Handhabung einfach und übersichtlich, sieht ansprechend aus und ist hochwertig verarbeitet. Bei der komprimierten Größe des Gerätes im Vergleich zu den herkömmlichen „Stairmastern“ ist die Trittfläche in der Tiefe etwas reduziert, sodass die Ferse nicht flächig auf der Stufe aufsitzt jedoch ist dies nicht weiter störend. Unsere Mitglieder sind damit sehr zufrieden.

Excellent product! I’m a housekeeper working long hard hours a day standing. My feets gets shallow and pain, thank this foot massage it’s helps a lot to reduce my stress, pain and shallow feets. Highly recommend to everyone needs. Thank you so much Global relax, excellent company!

I am in danger of becoming addicted to daily 30 minute foot massages. In the summer, I always get footache from wearing sandals, mules, slingbacks and slippers. The foot massages I am getting from this machine are really easing that.
I did a lot of searching online, and settled on this one as it was not being overly marketed. I got rather suspicious about the way the leading brand was popping up top of the search list time and time again. I went through the reviews carefully. I wanted foot and let - no point in having foot massage on its own. That reduces the options. This one had consistently good reviews, and they seemed genuine. A plus was that people said it was well made. It certainly seems to be. Mine is black. It is quite attractive and discreet, given that it is a bulky item. Purchasing was a doddle, and I got a great discount. The delivery process was extremely professional. Mine was sent from Spain where the factory seems to be; that was a surprise. But I have been waiting for a Customs bill now for several weeks, and it has not arrived, so I think it is covered by the 'free delivery' promise. It is now about a month since I have been using this foot masssage machine from Global Relax and I have nothing but praise for it.

I’m too sure this is one of the best investment I’ve made to mŷ wellbeing, it really works out the kinks and it’s so relaxing, listening to music as you get a massage. I’ve attached a picture just to show you my new best friend . Beautiful piece of equipment, does exactly what’s been specified, in my opinion it does more than.

Le colis est arrivé en bon état,mais quand je l'ai déballé la façade en plastique noir était fendue !!!
Le produit fonctionne mais très déçu. (pour avoir essayé un autre produit de la concurrence allemande, chez un ami et qui coute 3x -chère). En effet, la position intensité sur 1/3, ok. La position sur 2/3 compresse trop fort et une barre se positionne au niveau du talon d'achile et ç'est trop douloureux, normal ?? Donc, pas essayé la position 3/3. De plus le produit n'a pas de position vibration. Le mode d'emploi ne correspond pas au produit. Dommage parce que le produit est bien fini et inspire un appareil de qualité.

I am very happy with the product so far. I got a good price for it, and it has been a great relief to my feet (Plantar F problem). It seems sturdy despite being a renovated item. It is not too noisy. There is a good range of options. My item is black in colour, so it is discreet. I have to wiggle my feet around a bit to get the right spots (the ankle does not get as much 'action' as the toes and soles of the feet). But no complaints whatsoever. On the contrary, the quality of the massage is good. I have used it almost everyday for about two weeks, and based on that, I can definitely recommend this product.
I did not realise that this item had to be sent from Spain, as the online information said it was free delivery in the UK. I have not received a bill for customs clearance yet, so it is currently still free delivery. Pleased about that, but I won't be happy to get an additional bill for HMRC and TNT's clearance charges....
