Nos alegra saber que en general quedaste satisfecho, aunque entendemos perfectamente el inconveniente que puede causar un pequeño retraso cuando la persona destinataria tenía que salir a trabajar. A veces los servicios de mensajería y reparto pueden verse afectados por incidencias de tráfico, entregas anteriores o dificultades logísticas de última hora.

En cualquier caso, tomamos nota para seguir mejorando la puntualidad del servicio y evitar este tipo de situaciones siempre que sea posible.

Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure the message is the very first thing noticed upon opening the box; however, it is possible it was mistaken for advertising material. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that not receiving a photo of your flowers was not an oversight. On extremely busy dates, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, the volume of orders is so high that we are forced to temporarily suspend our photo service. This allows our florists to focus entirely on preparing and delivering every order on schedule. We apologize if this caused any disappointment and deeply appreciate your understanding.
