"He probado esta miel por su novedad de incluir azafrán y jenjibre en su elaboración. El resultado es realmente sorprendente. Tiene un potente sabor, muy equilibrado y suave. Es perfecta para uso culinario y elaborar tapas de alta cocina en casa. También combina muy bien con infusiones, quesos, yogures. Es de lo mejor que he probado y con muy pequeña cantidad cunde muchísimo por su potente e inigualable sabor. Todo un descubrimiento."
