Un colchón que oh!! casualidad no cumple con las dimensiones establecidas en el sentido de que tiene un margen de tolerancia de +/ -2 cm, pero siempre son a favor del fabricante y nunca a favor del cliente los colchones de 21 cm no existen para el fabricante todos son de 19 perjudicando siempre al cliente. Los dos colchones que he comprado los dos colchones de 19 cm de altura qué casualidad?

Menos firmeza de la que esperaba y el tejido rojo en la realidad parece un poco débil, pero he dormido ya 1 noche y bien.
Tal vez la superficie mullida dé esa sensación de menos firmeza.
No sé qué cara ( roja/blanca) es para cada estación.
La entrega dentro del plazo previsto y la atención telefónica impecable
