Se compraron dos jamones. El periodo de curación, necesitaba mayor tiempo de ambos jamones.

Piezas elegante y con cuerpo y con sabores agradables al paladar.

Muy duro por una mitad y algo blando por la cara opuesta. Con excesiva grasa.
Al principio bastante salado.
No hemos apreciado la calidad que recordabamos de ocasiones anteriores.

Aquí no tambien la cosa. El jamón muy tierno en el interior y muy seco en el exterior muy abundante de grasa para mi gusto ya que de tocino he pesado 2,5 Kg mas 1,5 de hueso han quedado 3kg de jamón Ademas el peso de venta eran 7,5 Kg y me llego de de 7Kg. Tuve una compensación de 10 Euros ,pero me obliga hacer un pedido cuyos gastos mínimos de envio son 9Euros así que mal asunto.
