Gracias Enric, nos alegramos de que aprecies la calidad de nuestras recetas.
Las salsas de Estilo Kikí están hechas a mano por nuestras artesanas, con materias primas selectas de cercanía, y en su punto de maduración óptimo. Estamos hablando de un producto delicatessen, con un proceso de elaboración muy cuidado y artesanal, que es cocinado a fuego lento, durante más de 4 horas. Todo para obtener el mejor producto, con la mejor calidad, de ahí también su sabor y textura únicos. Lógicamente ni la calidad ni el precio son comparables a productos industriales. Pero pensamos que el esfuerzo vale la pena.
