I ordered a large batch of FontUp for our daughter. I sent an inquiry to Customer Service because I first could not find the big 20 UNIT pack in the webshop. They quickly created it with the generous discount and even applies the discount of the Down-syndrome-day on my order. This was very efficient and made up for the initial difficulty. Thank you for your quick response and timely delivery!

FonrUp is an excellent product. We have been utilizing it for several years now. We observe a noticeable improvement in my son's condition when he consumes the capsules, and the opposite effect when he does not.

We have used FontUp Chocolate drink for our daughter Blanka for 12 years, in relation to her Down-syndrome. We don't have a control group, but she thrives very well cognitively and in many areas.
It takes some effort to get all the powder out of the paper sachet, so this would be my suggestion for improvement.

We love the FontUp Chocolate, our daughter Blanka likes to drink it every day, it is quite easy to prepare, and the packaging is practical too.
As a constructive feedback: I always wondered, whether pouring hot water on the powder (from a kettle) does any harm to its components, or is it unwise to prepare it with high temperature.

We like the FontUp product. It is strange that many email communication comes in Spanish rather than English language, but I can put it in Google Translate.
It would be useful to see a description of the difference between the powder and the capsule.
Also, we are awaiting the clinical trial results for young children.

Cómo pedí un pack de 5 y todas tienen vencimiento octubre 2026, sugiero que lo tengan en cuenta en futuras ocasiones, dar más margen de caducidad. El envío a casa no fue bien gestionado, porque en ninguna de las dos ocasiones que dijeron que pasaban me enteré de que lo hicieran. Quizás sería mejor que no intentarán ninguna entrega a domicilio y que lo dejaran en la oficina de correos para recoger. Así se demoraría menos.

Bueno,finalmente no ha estado mal .Me cobraron 40€ por envío a Canarias al hacer pedido de 5 unidades de font Up.No me pareció bien y lo comenté .Me han hecho llegar a una dirección de Madrid dos unidades de cortesía y lo agradezco.Tendre siempre que hacer el pedido a la península para que no me cobren esa exageración ?.

Me parece una tomadura de pelo que se prometa un descuento en la próxima compra si se contesta a esta petición y luego, al hacer la compra, dicen que HA CADUCADO. Es una verdadera estafa.
