He estado fuera de Barcelona unos días. Hoy me han entregado el paquete.
He cortado la punta en dos (para poner los dos trozos al vacío) y me ha sorprendido la mucha grasa que llevaba. La corteza y la parte "blanca" presentaban un color marrón desagradable. He tenido que raspar los dos trozos para limpiarlos. Espero que esto no influya en el gusto.
No opino aún sobre la calidad del jamón porque todavía no lo he probado. Espero que esté poco salado.
Nada que decir del envío, muy rápido.
