Casi todo lo que consumimos es de producción ecológica, y he de decir que salvo el breve periodo que tenemos tomates propios de nuestra huerta, el resto del año los únicos tomates (solo salvo extrema necesidad, siempre compramos bio) que tienen sabor son los que adquirimos aquí.

Die Tomaten werden optimal verpackt für den Versand. Die gesamten 8 kg meiner Bestellung kamen wohlbehalten an. Die Tomaten sind gut faustgroß, saftig aber festfleischig, aromatisch. Sehr gut für Salat. Überraschend gut nach dem Einkochen (feine fruchtige Säure und Umami). Ich habe mir einen Teil mit Zwiebel, gemörserten Kreuzkümmel (Cumin) und Olivenöl eingekocht. Schmeckt hervorragend, auch ohne Salz! Ich bin begeistert.

Was soll ich sagen, ich habe zuletzt 12 KIlo bestellt und nicht eine Tomate war schlecht oder matschig. Die Ware ist immer toll verpackt und geschmacklich unglaublich gut. Eine alte Sorte, mit Ecken und Kanten, aber einfach richtig gut.
