Los cociné en olla express, con sepia y langostinos, el garbanzo estuvo a remojo durante la noche y salieron con la piel muy dura aunque llegaron a la hora y media de cocción, escribí para que dijeran si había hecho algo mal y la callada por respuesta.

Otra de mis legumbres favoritas. Rehidrata pronto y con boniato, zanahoria y calabaza, hacen un plato delicioso; también en recetas más tradicionales.
Llegan muy bien envasados y en sólo 2 días, lo que es de agradecer.

Los he probado y tienen un sabor muy rico, pero estuvieron cociendo 5 horas! a fuego lento y siguen teniendo la piel muy dura, los tuve en remojo 8 o 10 horas por la noche. Hay algun truquillo para que queden tiernos?

Si quieres sorprender a tu gente con algo original, este garbanzo es el candidato ideal. Donde siempre habíamos retirado el "garbanzo negro" por disonante con el resto, ahora es el protagonista indiscutible. Cualquier guiso con esta variedad de garbanzo se convertirá en un plato excepcional.
