Buenas tardes Marta Maria, siento que el producto no sea de su agrado, informarle que este tratamiento lleva en el mercado mas de 30 años con resultados excelente tanto a nivel profesional como particular. Vemos que la compra del producto fue realizada el 4 de septiembre y salio de nuestras instalaciones el 7 con lo cual le llegaria a usted entre el 8 o 9 del mismo, veo que su comentario esta realizado el dia 14 de dicho mes. Este tratamiento tiene una duracion entre 6 o 7 semanas, por eso le recomendamos que llegue a su fin , ya que si usted solo a realizado 3 dosis (1 semana aproximadamente) es muy probable que no consiga los efectos esperados. Comentarle tambien que los motivos de la caida del cabello son numerosos y en ocasiones es recomendable consultar con un medico. Muchas gracias. Un saludo.
