Hola Gemma, los sobres son un tratamiento acumulativo, así que puedes ir utilizándolo siempre hasta que notes que tu cabello esta totalmente sano. Una vez que tu cabello este en óptimas condiciones, nosotros te recomendamos que utilices un sobre 1 vez a la semana si utilizas mucho plancha, secador y otros procedimientos agresivos; o 1 vez cada dos semanas si no te expones de modo prolongado a muchas agresiones a tu cabello.
