Las chapas y los imanes son auténticos, llegan enseguida y si tienes la máquina para hacerlas es muy sencillo, la calidad está servida y muy económicas.

Enviaron las chapas a la dirección de otra persona, y al recibir el paquete en mi dirección una de las bolsas venía abierta

Hola Sergio, sentimos la incidencia. Un intercambio de etiquetas provocó que tu paquete le llegara a otro cliente. Este cliente inspeccionó tu bolsa y por eso iba abierta, pero lo importante es que no te faltaba ningún componente.
