Muy mala experiencia, soy clienta desde hace 1 año y he realizado varios pedidos, pero esta vez es el último. Primero tardan muchísimo en llegarme mi pedido, en el seguimiento me indica que sale de portugal, luego está a 20 minutos de mi pueblo y después vuelve a Portugal, tras varias vueltas reclamo y me llega con mucho retraso. Después me llega otro pedido que NO HE SOLICITADO, me indican que el lunes se pasaran a recogerlo ya que es erróneo, y hoy, lunes me dicen que al final no se pasan hoy (tras yo haber cancelado mis planes por estar en casa y entregarles su pedido erróneo). Una pena porque los productos son buenos pero el servicio un 0. Lo único que salva es que por lo menos te responden al whatsap.

Normalmente nuestros envíos son muy rápidos, de hecho, en más de 97% de los envíos la entrega se finaliza en menos de 48h del momento de la compra.

En el caso de tu pedido 20565 no ha sido así. Sabemos que la incidencia ya está solucionada desde hace muchas semanas, pero igualmente aprovechamos ese espacio para pedir disculpas por el retraso.
