Uno de los mejores centros para tratamientos faciales en Barcelona sin duda. Cuentan con una variedad de productos espectacular y un trato muy agradable y acertado por grandes profesionales que denotan la experiencia que te dan también los años dedicados al sector. Tuve el placer de ser atendida por Loli, muy atenta y con manos milagrosas, recomendándome lo mejor para mi piel, con sentido y sin ese afán de hacerte gastar dinero por gastar como en otros centros ya me había sucedido.
El lugar y ella son un éxito!

I have done a Biologique customized facial and requested to have an expert to help me with Biologique products. I had a plan to change my routine, and I knew that Biologique products are customized, so I was willing to do a customized facial and get advice. I admit that the facial was very good, but I didn't receive any advice. Instead, I found they are charging me for another 3 sessions that I asked to be cancelled. So at the end, I didn't receive any advice on what my routine could be or which products I need to choose. Very disappointed as I paid a lot, but I still have doubts about what to choose.

No entendemos muy bien tu reseña. Viniste a nuestro centro para realizar un facial y solicitaste una recomendación de cosmética. La esteticista después de evaluar tu piel, te hizo el facial más indicado en tu caso y al finalizar, en recepción te estuvo explicando los productos que te recomendaba y qué tratamientos podías hacerte para mejorar tu piel. Te hizo un presupuesto de todo y preferiste llevarte un par de productos y del resto te hiciste fotos. De los tratamientos de cabina, comentaste, que quizá más adelante. El centro te cobró por el facial realizado y por los 2 productos adquiridos, nada más. Como te expliqué por teléfono cuando hablamos, nadie te ha cobrado nada extra, ni una ni 3 sesiones como comentas. Me gustaría dejarlo claro, ya que no quiero que afecte a nuestra imagen.

After evaluating your skin, the esthetician performed the most appropriate facial for you and at the end, at the reception desk, she explained the products she recommended and what treatments were suitable to improve your skin. She gave you a price for everything, and you chose to take a couple of products with you and take photos of the rest. And regarding the cabin treatments, you mentioned that you might want to do them later. The center charged you for the facial and the two products you purchased, nothing more. As I explained to you on the phone when we spoke, no one charged you anything extra, not for one session or for three, as you mentioned. I'd like to leave this clear, as I don't want that it affects our image.
