Me han ido avisando de todo de manera proactiva, me comunicaron que el envío iba a llegar tarde, y no llegó correctamente y me gestionaron la devolución de manera rápida y cubriendo los gastos. Un servicio muy atento y con buenas resoluciones.

Entiendo su malestar. En relación al retraso, éste se produjo por la semana de festivos que provocó la demora. Sobre la forma de la cesta, como le comenté, es una cesta de algodón y lana, viene doblada del viaje y suele tardar unos días en coger la forma correcta. Además es un artículo hecho a mano lo que hace que sea único y no perfecto. Las condiciones de devolución indican que el cliente abona los gastos excepto en caso de producto defectuoso, cosa que todavía no hemos podido determinar porque la cesta la recogimos ayer y no ha llegado a fábrica todavía. Allí tendrán que confirmar si está dañado o no para proceder al abono correspondiente. Para cualquier otra aclaración seguimos a su disposición. Incidencia resuelta, se procede a la devolución.

Todo estupendo, una atención 10, quería tener mi cómoda antes que naciera mi niña y no tuvo problema en hacerme el cambio por una que llegaría ms rápido y aligerar todo lo posible aún teniendo en cuenta que estamos en vísperas de Navidad y los envíos tardan más. Sin duda, recomiendo.
