Hola Juan José. Muchísimas gracias por haber confiado en Billy Paper y sentimos muchísimo las molestias que SEUR haya podido ocasionarte. Aunque no gustaría y es nuestra lucha diaria, nos es totalmente imposible controlar el correcto funcionamiento de todos y cada uno de los mensajeros de la compañía. Eso si, te aseguramos que seguiremos esforzándonos al máximo para evitar este tipo de situaciones y, aunque esperamos que no se repita, intentar haceos fáciles las gestiones posteriores. Gracias!

Mi pedido ZMEQOFAAF gestionado por la empresa Seur no ha sido entregado en la dirección que solicité, actualmente ellos dicen que está entregado en su página pero no tienen ninguna atención personalizada, es todo mediante una máquina, el paquete lo habrán entregado donde les ha dado la gana y sin notificarmelo, cosa que va contra los derechos de la protección de datos, espero que dejéis de trabajar con ellos pues son unos informales

La agenda es exactamente lo que esperaba. Es perfecta.
El envío no debería cobrarse bajo la premisa de recibirlo en 24/48 h, ya que como estaba en preventa ha tardado 3 semanas, pero los portes se me cobraron.
