Hace poco, hice mi primer pedido. Me gusta la cerveza con cuerpo, seca y amarga. De ahí que sienta una especial predilección por las IPAs. Probé la Serious Rye y la Querida IPA. Excepcionales las dos. Me ofrecieron lo que esperaba de ellas. Cuerpo, ligero amargor, sabor maltoso y sutiles toques florales. Si, además, hablamos de cerveza artesana hecha en Murcia, no hay nada más que hablar. Repetiré, por descontado. Mi más sincera enhorabuena por alegrar a personas que, como un servidor, se declaran cerveceros y ''aperitivistas''.

Tuve un pequeño problema con el envío (se perdió) pero con un par de mensajes vía WhatsApp quedó todo solucionado. Dos días más tarde tenía mis Neipa, Cieza y demás IPAs para disfrutar de las semis y la final del mundial de fútbol. Muy muy ricas y con un sabor tremendo. Repetiré seguro. Grandes!

Que decir de Yakka, sin sonar que me han pagado por la reseña, pues muchas cosas. Hacen cervezas de enorme calidad, de múltiples estilos y todas entran mejor que un atardecer en el mediterráneo o que una noche.al lado de una chimenea en invierno.

Llevo más de 10 años comprándoles y mejoran año a año como una Stout añejada en barrica. Impresiona que una Märzen, una IPA o una Brown Ale tengan tanto nivel. ¡No dejéis de probarlas y de brindar con ellas!
