Mi primera compra a través de la web y todo perfecto. Comunicación a través de whassap súper amables, seguiré comprando.
Lo único que cuando llega un correo indicando que el pedido ha sido enviado a tienda no llega uno posterior indicando que ya se puede recoger.

Sentimos mucho que no quieras volver a comprar y que te sientas tan engañada, pero durante todos los años que llevamos la política de cambios ha sido la misma y no hemos tenido ningún problema. El cambio de las prendas que se compran en promoción o Rebajas nosotros no podemos asumirlo porque esas prendas ya tienen un gran descuento. En tu caso eran cambios de Black Friday donde teníamos prendas hasta el -70%

Hola Julia sentimos que te sientas engañada porque no es nuestra intención ni mucho menos. Nosotros no tenemos ningún problema en hacer el cambio de talla pero al ser unas prendas con descuento del 30% de Black Friday no podemos asumir el coste del transporte del cambio. Ten en cuenta que tu pagas 5,99 y nosotros otros 5,99 porque un cambio tiene dos transportes, ida y vuelta. Sentimos mucho el malentendido, y estamos a tu disposición para lo que haga falta.
