Publicitan un medicamento y te envían otro. Después dicen que es lo mismo pero si miras el precio del que te han enviado es mucho mas barato del que has comprado. Te dan la oportunidad de devolver el pedido pero pagando los costes de envío cuando el error ha sido suyo. Yo no compraré mas en esta farmacia

Lamentamos tu mala experiencia. El pedido del que hablas , lo realizaste a mitad de septiembre, tras ponerte en contacto con nosotros para decirnos que habías recibido un producto equivocado, nos pusimos en contacto con la marca y nos comunicó el cambio de imagen del mismo. Volvimos a hablar contigo y te explicamos el cambio de imagen. Tú nos volviste a mostrar tu malestar por el precio del producto. Tras consultarlo con la persona responsable, decidimos hacerte una devolución parcial, para compensar el cambio de imagen, que insisto es cosa de la marca. Te dimos la opción de devolver el producto, y decidiste quedártelo.
