Tras utilizarlas un par de veces no he tenido los dolores de rodilla que venía soportando al día siguiente de hacer ejercicio.

Las plantillas son cómodas y llevo ya tiempo patinando con ellas con saltos y en skatepark y de momento no he notado dolor de pies ni de rodillas. En patinaje de espaldas también se agradece ya que solemos apretar los dedos y van más comodos.
Como pega, el olor que traen a naranja, que soy sensible a los aromas químicos y tuve que lavarlas y ventilarlas varios días, y aun así siguen oliendo.

me han gustado bastante las utilicé para las botas de ski y la verdad que siempre se mojaban los calcetines y con las plantillas no tambien he notado descanso en los talones que es donde me duelen. Además deja un olor de naranja muy bueno.

Compré las plantillas en tienda, las uso añadiéndoles un suplemento de reposo metatarsal porque tengo un neuroma de Morton, y son súper cómodas. Como las que tenia estaban ya viejas ahora las he buscado en internet y el servicio ha sido estupendo. son muy cómodas, mullidas y no se mueven nada. Estoy encantado
