Por supuesto me es grato hacerles llegar mi opinión sobre la atención recibida por parte de su firma.
He de decir que encantada pero de justa justicia es hacer mención del señor Campoamor por su, en todo momento, disposición en facilitarme la compra de lo que yo en mi ciudad hoy por hoy ya no consigo...por ello muchas gracias! Y aún por encima mi sobrina "fuchicando"en mi teléfono le mandó un whatsapp con foto de su madre, es decir, mi cuñada...en fin esto es anecdota...
Infinitas gracias a ustedes y en particular al señor Campoamor.

No tengo ninguna queja adicional, el envío ha sido correcto y la atención al cliente la desconozco por no haber hecho uso del servicio. Lo que sí comentaré a mayores es que en la página web, a veces, no funcionan los botones "comprar" y no puedes meter un producto en el carrito; de hecho en esta última compra quise adquirir unos calcetines en un azul más claro y tuve que elegir que todos fueran oscuros. Si el producto existe en la página y en ningún momento se comenta, por ejemplo, que no hay stock, da rabia no poder comprar lo que deseas (no recuerdo si no funcionaba el botón en móvil o en pc ahora mismo, pero no funcionaba en ese momento para uno de los productos al menos).

No estoy muy contenta con el producto, pues hace años que compro calcetines de FullColour y veo que la calidad continua bajando (no los precios). Tengo unos calcetines de hace bastantes años que aún utilizo, pero me he dado cuenta que de un tiempo para acá cada vez me duran menos y es algo que me cabrea pues he comprado esta marca hasta ahora por la calidad y durabilidad; si es algo que me falla, el producto dejará de cumplir mis espectativas (sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que tiradísimos de precio tampoco son).
Ojalá volváis a ser lo que fuisteis.

Lamentándolo mucho Pilar, el color magenta solo lo tengo en talla Médium... y de momento no lo vamos a reponer... Pero hay muchos otros colores que seguro que te encantaran, como magenta, nude, marino, gris, natural, negro....etc.
