J'ai commandé plusieurs tissus et l'un d'eux n'avait absolument pas la couleur désirée. J'ai voulu faire une réclamation via le site internet, impossible. J'ai donc choisi la page Instagram, et mon message est demeuré sans réponse... C'est pourquoi une enquête de satisfaction, plus de 12 jours après, me fait rigoler doucement. Rose framboise ce n'est pas rouge vif. Je suis très déçue.

Tengo que hacer una cortina para una puerta exterior mide de alto unos 3 metros y dos y algo de ancha. Una tela de doble ancho de 320 cuantos metros pido? Sería un metro, por 2 y medio?. Me lo pueden aclarar, gracias un saludo.
