Los envíos si pides varias cosas pueden llegar separados. Pero recibes la confirmación cuando recibes el primero. Esto genera dudas de si se ha perdido algún paquete al no llegar dentro de las 72 horas que anuncian. Esto sería un buen punto a mejorar.
Por contrapartida, el servicio al cliente es el mejor que he visto en mi vida. Muy atentos, rápidos y conocedores de su oficio.

Realmente, quería estas bermudas con ese color pero sin las manchas de este modelo, algo que no pude apreciar bien al ver las fotos.
Por otro lado, sería interesante disponer de la referencia para realizar el seguimiento a través de la empresa de paquetería, puesto que, a menos que haya que resolver incidencia y ponerse en contacto con ellos, se va "a ciegas" hasta recibir el producto.
Con todo, llegó en un plazo aceptable y a un precio de transporte razonable, sobre todo, teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad de envíos a Canarias que hay actualmente.
Volveré a realizar una compra a través de esta web si se me presenta la ocasión.

Deberían trabajar con otra mensajería ya que Seur es un desastre. Por otra parte la atención al cliente por parte de Itrop es de 10. Contestan muy rápido a los correos y se implican a la hora de solucionar las incidencias.

El modelo está muy bien pero hay una gran diferencia de color entre una zapatilla y la otra. Imagino que será por la estar expuesta en la tienda pero creo que no deberían ponerla a la venta en esas condiciones o al menos no en ese precio

El producto, lo que esperaba, de calidad hasta ahora. El packaging, lamentable. Embalan un producto de calidad en una simple bolsa de plástico de la mensajería sin protección alguna (como poco un plástico de burbujas o algo de papel para evitar que la prenda adquiera ese terrible olor a plástico resistente de la bolsa de mensajería o para evitar que la prenda se moje). Para una prenda asi, no me importaría pagar algún pequeño suplemento por un embalaje mejor.
