A pesar de que la empresa de transporte "perdió" mi café y tuve que reclamarlo, desde atención al cliente me echaron una mano y finalmente puedo disfrutar de mi riquísimo café en casa. Muy recomendable

He probado el café Brasil y México, ambos muy ricos con cuerpo y un aroma estupendo tanto para tomar solos como con leche.
A destacar también el magnífico servicio de atención al cliente, sin duda volveré a realizar un pedido para seguir probando mas cafés de toda la variedad que disponen.

El pedido se retrasó y llegó en mal estado por culpa del transportista. Makelcafe estubo siempre preocupado y solucionando el problema hasta el punto de enviarme un pedido nuevo. Muy recomendable el trato recibido!

Buscamos un tueste medio para este café, intentando encontrar ese equilibrio entre cuerpo, dulzor y facilidad de extracción, tanto para espresso como para métodos de filtro.
Es cierto que, al trabajar con tostado artesanal por lotes pequeños, puede haber ligeras variaciones de tueste entre partidas, aunque intentamos que sean mínimas.

Tomamos nota de tu percepción y seguiremos afinando para que el perfil se mantenga lo más estable posible.
Si te animas a probar otro café de perfil más claro o con una acidez más marcada, estaremos encantados de recomendarte uno que encaje mejor con tu gusto ?

Este café en concreto procede de un pequeño cultivo ancestral en la Sierra Nevada, gestionado por la comunidad Kogui. Trabajamos mano a mano con uno de los mejores importadores de España para seleccionar microlotes que valoramos no solo por su sabor, sino por la historia, el respeto por el entorno y las personas que hay detrás de cada grano.

Como buena fanática del café, he ido varias veces a la cafetería y debo decir que me gusta bastante el producto que ofrecen. Si a eso le sumas el sitio y el ambiente que hay, una pasa un rato muy agradable.

Además, el chico que me atendió fue muy simpático y me dejó probar un grano de café tostado. Nunca lo había probado y me flipó. Desde entonces, suelo comprar el
café directamente en el establecimiento y mi favorito es el de Colombia.

Muy recomendable!

Una compra rápida y sencilla. Con la ayuda de Makelin he encontrado una variedad que me ha encantado y el pedido me ha llegado al día siguiente. Des del primer momento que abres la bolsa el olor ya es increíble. Yo me estoy preparando el Brasil Veloso en la italiana y me encanta el resultado. Con ganas de probar más variedades.
