Mis gatos se vuelven locos desde el momento que la abro, no me da casi ni tiempo de ponerles los cuencos en el suelo. Creo que no puede haber mejor valoración que la de unos gatos que devoran estas latas.

Estoy encantada con los piensos de Ka!! Una de mis gatas llevaba prácticamente un año negando a comer cualquier pienso, sólo comía latas y se me estaba quedando en los huesos. El pienso ayurbeda le gustó desde el primer día, aunque sigue prefiriendo latas. También aproveche para comprar una variedad de comida húmeda de todas las que tienen en la tienda y no hay una que no le guste... en definitiva, he conseguido que vuelva a engordar un poquito, que se le vuelva a poner el pelo suave y brillante que tenía antes y ha parado de perderlo. Los otros dos gatos se hacen un poco más los remolones con el cambio de pienso, aún estamos en el periodo de adaptación, pero vamos progresando. Ha sido una bendición encontraros!! Gracias, gracias, gracias. Habéis hecho realidad mi sueño de poder alimentar a mis gatos con un pienso saludable y de calidad.

Cuando hice el pedido puse para recoger en un punto de entrega y me lo llevaron al domicilio. Siempre indico un punto de recogida para evitar que vengan a entregármelo al domicilio por si vienen a horas en las que no me encuentro ahí pero esta vez no lo hicieron así pese a que en el pedido lo indiqué.

Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido con la entrega y entendemos perfectamente que selecciones un punto de recogida precisamente para evitar este tipo de situaciones.

Si en el pedido figuraba correctamente la entrega en un punto de recogida y la agencia lo llevó al domicilio, se trataría de una incidencia en la gestión del transporte. Desde nuestro almacén los pedidos se tramitan con la modalidad de entrega seleccionada al realizar la compra, por lo que te agradeceríamos que nos contactaras con tu número de pedido para poder comprobar exactamente qué ocurrió.

Aunque la entrega final depende de la agencia de transporte, siempre que nos comunicáis una incidencia intervenimos, realizamos la reclamación correspondiente y tratamos de buscar una solución.
