Conocí Ka en la presentación de su Cuaderno de Salud. No confiaba en los piensos por experiencias negativas anteriores; pensaba que no había uno bueno, pero al conocer la Fundación y ver la lista de ingredientes, el cuidado con el que lo hacen y la dedicación que manifiestan no dudé en adquirirlo. Estoy muy contenta: me aseguro de que su comida lleva todo lo que necesitan y ya no tengo que hacérsela todos los días, sólo de vez en cuando y si me la piden. Los gatos están nutridos y bien alimentados. Les encanta el pienso. Lo recomiendo. 🤗

Mis gatas estan encantadas con éste pienso. El grano pequeño lo desperdician menos porque el grande lo muerden y hay trocitos que no se comen y éste les resulta las fácil a mi parecer.
De igual forma les encanta.

El problema lo tengo últimamente con correos, es una pedania y a veces dicen que la direcion no es correcta porque no les aparece en el gps. y eso retrasa la llegada del alimento.
La atencion al cliente estupenda, siempre que he tenido una duda rapidamente he podido comunicarme con vosotros.

Sentimos, en cambio, los inconvenientes que estás teniendo con las entregas. En algunas pedanías o zonas donde las direcciones no aparecen correctamente en los sistemas de geolocalización de la agencia pueden producirse este tipo de incidencias y, lamentablemente, la gestión final del reparto queda fuera de nuestro control.

Aun así, siempre que detectes un problema con una entrega, escríbenos cuanto antes. Desde aquí podemos contactar con la agencia, facilitar indicaciones adicionales, abrir una incidencia y mediar para intentar que el alimento llegue lo antes posible.
