Customer service is okay but terrible shipping company
I called the shop before I did my order to make sure it will arrive quickly as I was leaving the city
They told it will arrive in 48 hours
Ended up arriving in more than one week
MRW is the worst shipping company I have seen in my life

Hello Omar, we're sorry to hear about the delay. This is not usual with this courier but August is a difficult month as many workers have they holidays, producing occasional delays.

Very poorly designed. The case itself is perfect, and fits everything I need inside, however the four wheels meant the bag was rolling around the flight deck at critical phases of flight. The manufacturer told me I could remove two wheels, but then the bag falls over.
