Como sugerencia:
La gestión de la devolución debería estar gestionada por la tienda, (no digo que tenga que ser gratis, si la quieres gratis compras en otras... que ya te incluyen en el precio la devolución aunque no lo utilices).

Inicialmente, buen asesoramiento y a mi entender muy profesional y sabiendo de lo que hablan, en cuanto a la atención al cliente se puede mejorar, falta de comunicación ante algún problema de retraso en el pedido, no me dijeron hasta que no pregunté por la tardanza respecto a los tiempos de entrega en su página web. Consulta sobre unas pinzas brembo axiales sin resolver unas medidas que me solicitaban y no entendí (volvi a enviar mail)...ya no recibí respuesta alguna.

Buen producto como era de esperar de brembo... entrega más tarde de lo que pone en la web (por falta de stock), no me lo comunicaron hasta que no lo pregunté... eso no lo veo correcto, deberían tener mejor comunicación con el cliente si surge algún problema. El pedido correcto y acorde a lo que solicité. Envie un mail solicitando sobre unas pinzas, me contestaron pidiendo unas medidas...y al no entender a qué medidas se refería... volví a preguntar sobre "que medidas se referían"...ya no recibí respuesta...vuelvo a ver falta de atención y comunicación. Espero que la mejoren.
