Pedí este producto para proyectar una pared y unas escaleras. El pedido llegó con gran rapidez y sin ningún problema con Correos Expres. Ya he proyectado las escaleras y la pared y la verdad es que es una gozada por lo fácil que es de usar el producto. Me ha quedado perfecto.

El producto excelente.
Si me parece excesivo los gastos de envío, creo que debería de tenerse en cuenta un importe mínimo de pedido en el cual se incluyan los gastos de envío, o en su defecto poder elegir entre diferentes opciones.

Suponiendo los problemas que nos esta causando el retraso en la entrega, no hemos notado que se haya intentado solucionar nada, ni siquiera informar de la situacion. Con que un "tendra que llegar" no es suficiente.

Entiendo perfectamente tu enfado y te reitero que hemos hecho lo que está en nuestra mano para solucionar la situación. Nosotros hemos hecho nuestro trabajo en tiempo y forma, el problema ha venido por causas de logística externa que, por desgracia escapan a nuestro control.

Ya opinare del producto cuando llegue, llevamos mas de una semana sin tener noticias del porque del retraso... No es ninguna broma avanzar en una obra dejando trabajos sin hacer y parando a otros gremios. Si lo llego a saber, no lo pido.

Los productos son espectaculares.

La única cosa a recomendar o sugerir es que tendrían que enviar a Canarias. Es un mercado a tener en cuenta ya que hay mucha falta de variedad y desde península no se ve el potencial que hay.

Fíjense hasta que punto están dispuestos los Canarios y Residentes que yo he comprado, he pagado un porte hasta Sevilla y desde Sevilla he enviado hacia Canarias. Todo por conseguir este producto y otros muchos que no consigues aquí.

Y para que no tengan problemas a la hora de las aduanas, pueden sugerir pedidos de menos de 150,00 € porque toda mercancía inferior a esa cantidad (en factura) está libre de aduanas.

Llevo 15 años importando de todas partes del mundo, pueden preguntar en Correos o cualquier empresa de transporte.

Espero hacerles pensar y que pongan esa opción a Canarias.
