Hoy, jueves 10 de Julio aún estoy esperando el pedido realizado el pasado día 29 del mes pasado.
Al contactar con su empresa se me comenta que debo realizar la petición por Whatsap (.????), al día siguiente de hacerlo y aún sin recibir respuesta vuelvo a llamar y entonces si, se me informa que el pedido está aún en la agencia…, once días después…, imagino que esto les ayudará a entender porque Amazon acapara compras de productos que se pueden comprar también en otras webs…
En fin, un desastre.
