Le coût de livraison est un peu cher par rapport à d’autre sites marchands pour une livraison en point relais. Je passerais plus de commandes si ces frais étaient moins élevés.

La livraison est un peu longue lorsqu'on choisi par mondial relais mais la préparation et l'expédition du colis est très rapide. C'est le transporteur qui pèche un peu. Les frais de port sont excessifs.
Le service après vente je suis mitigée. Ils répondent rapidement en cas de problème. Les retours sont a notre charge (jusque là c'est plutôt normal), pas de remboursement mais un avoir sur le tissus au mètre. Ne pas hésiter a demander par mail des échantillons car les couleurs ne sont pas identique a l’écran.

Les Frais d’envois trop cher .

Sur ma dernière commande, j’ai acheté du lycra dégradé jaune noir et je le trouve très fin et transparent. Pour un justaucorps ça va me poser des problèmes. Obliger de le doubler. Dommage. Le justaucorps sera moins confortable .
