Hi there

I am disappointed at the cost of shipping something back that I wanted to return.

Charging over £20 for a package to Spain is ridiculous, and makes it not worthwhile to send back, when all I would get is £6.

This will make me consider whether I want to buy anything in future, as if it doesn’t fit it’s too expensive to return.

Hi Sean! I'm so sorry to hear that you are dissapointed with the returns cost. Actually, you are right, the cost is really elevated, but have in mind that we don't overcharge, that price is exactly what shipping companies charge us for that shipment. Until some time ago we absorved this costs but unfortunately we cannot do it anymore, like many other companies and brands. I hope this incidence does not take away you trust in us and all the effort we always put to have all our customers as happier as we can :) Best regards,
