Primera ocasión que compro en esta farmacia, la realice en línea y me apareció un mensaje de que no había sido aceptada la tarjeta que tenía que intentar con otra y lo mismo no fue aceptada, verifique en el banco y me dijeron que tenía efectivamente ya 2 cargos y que tenía que resolverlo con ustedes, sin embargo me llego oportunamente un mensaje via WhatsApp y me preguntaron si quería los dos pedidos que se generaron, les conteste que no y me hicieron hincapié en la fecha de caducidad del producto, situación que aparece en su página cuando son promociones es por caducidad entre los 6 meses, sin embargo me interese por solo 1 y pedí la cancelación del otro.

No lo creí, pero toda la respuesta y atención recibida fue muy buena por este medio y el envío ni se diga me dijeron que el mismo día lo tendría y llego dentro del horario indicado, les encargue la cancelación y me confirmaron que ya se había realizado, que agradable sorpresa que todo estuvo muy bien la atención y el envío oportunamente como se comprometieron y al día de hoy ya fue devuelta a mi tarjeta la otra cantidad realizada.

Es muy bueno el servicio así que en lo futuro ya que tenga una necesidad especifica volveré a comprar con ustedes, muy amables por su atención
