Esperamos que estés bien.
Hemos leído tu reseña en REVI y nos ponemos en contacto contigo por lo de los "arañazos" en tu Manon.
Nuestra piel es de curtición vegetal, es decir, está tratada sin químicos como el cromo, por eso no "borramos" las marcas y las diferencias de tono que hubiera de forma innata en la piel. De ahí para nosotros radica lo bello y lo auténtico, que no perfecto.
Para nosotros es primordial que estéis contentas con el bolso, de no ser así no tendría sentido nuestra marca. Por ello te proponemos:
1. Limpiarlo con crema nivea, muchas veces esas marcas desaparecen. Hay que aplicarlo con la mano, sin anillos, dejarlo actuar un par de minutos y retirarlo todo (incluido costuras) con un paño de algodón. De esta forma se matificaran marcas y arañazos superficiales.
2. Si no cumplimos tus expectativas, no exento de pena, te proponemos que nos lo devuelvas.
