Solo el envio podria ser un poco mas barrato.
Un cartucho se puede enviar en un sobre en lugar de un paquete.

Muchas gracias por tu comentario que como siempre nos ayuda a mejorar. Actualmente, solamente utilizamos agencias de envío 24h porque conocemos la urgencia con la que necesitáis imprimir y no queremos participar de ningún retraso (al menos por nuestra parte ?). Enviamos toda nuestra mercancía bien protegida porque los cartuchos, aunque no lo parezcan, son muy frágiles y necesitan muchos mimos ? Os animamos siempre a añadir cualquier artículo adicional a vuestra compra (papel, bolígrafos, correctores...) para que el importe total sea superior a 29€ y los gastos de envío os salgan ¡GRATIS! Gracias por contribuir al reciclaje con Cartuchea ?

Mi cartucho era DR 2400, así que aunque la descripción decia que este es compatible no las tenía todas conmigo. Sin embargo a funcionado a la primera y con buena calidad.

La referencia de la que nos hablas no es un tóner sino un tambor. Las impresoras láser utilizan dos tipos de consumibles: los tóners (donde viene el polvo almacenado para la impresión) y el tambor (rodillo fotosensible donde el láser graba la imagen a imprimir). Algunos modelos llevan estas dos partes integradas en el mismo consumible, mientras que otras impresoras necesitan el tambor y el tóner de manera separada. Es el caso de tu equipo, que utiliza el tóner TN2420 (el que compraste) y el tambor DR2400 (la referencia que viste al extraer la unidad de tambor de tu impresora). Afortunadamente, necesitabas el tóner y pediste la referencia correcta :) Estamos encantados de que todo haya ido genial y de hayas empezado a contribuir al reciclaje con Cartuchea.
