La compra realizada excelente, pero el servicio post-venta ha sido de un nivel superior. Me encontré con un problema con el pedido y no solo fuí atendido enseguida sino que me llamarón directamente desde la empresa para darme una solución . A pesar de no ser culpa de la empresa, quisieron realizar un nuevo envío asumiendo ellos tanto los costes del nuevo producto como de los gastos de envío. En menos de 24 horas tuve la solución en mi domicilio. Sin duda volveré a contar con ellos cuando tenga la oportunidad porque un servicio así no suele ser lo habitual. Aprovecho la ocasión para darles las gracias.
