Utilizar este cartulina en mi impresor hace 1-2 años, tengo un canon pixma y funciona muy bien. Hago juegos para mi clases de inglés y el envío es muy rápido. Mi último pedido llegó el siguiente día. Estoy muy feliz que la cartulina uso es 100% reciclado y más sostenible.

Envío rápido, pero un servicio de atención al cliente muy deficiente. Contacté con soporte en dos ocasiones para solicitar el número de seguimiento y no obtuve respuesta. Como resultado, perdí la entrega y me vi perjudicada, ya que, por algún motivo, se realizó en sábado y no lo esperaba al no haber recibido ninguna información. Además, no es la primera vez que el servicio de atención al cliente no responde.

Qué maravilla! Mil gracias por vuestro trabajo y cariño.

Para empezar fueron muy rápidos en atenderme. Me cogieron el teléfono a la primera (con otros proveedores ni si quiera lo cogieron), y gracias a eso resolvieron mis dudas, me dieron gran confianza y aposté por ellos. Fueron también muy rápidos en gestionar la preparación y el envío.

Cuando llegó el pedido venía muy empaquetado (me ha costado abrirlo) pero eso es buena señal, porque venía todo muy bien protegido, en un cartón de calidad y con una cinta que sujetaba muy bien.

Te mandan la factura en papel bien protegida en un plástico para que no se estropee el sobre.

Dentro del sobre vienen tres sorpresas extra al pedido, ¡que me han encantado! Me ha parecido superútil.

Sin duda recurriré más veces a digitalpapel.
