Hola, me parece una página muy poco seria, porque me han cancelado el pedido después de haberlo tenido pagado y sin dar ninguna explicacion, teniendo en cuenta las fechas en las que estamos y que lo necesitaba lo mínimo es que se disculparan y expusieran el motivo de la cancelación del pedido pues en la web y en Google sigue apareciendo el,artículo en stock.
Decepcionada, una pagina poco fiable.

Decepcionada, una pagina poco fiable, no dan explicaciones de por qué cancelan el pedido, y le pongo una estrella porque han devuelto el dinero a paypal, pero ahora tengo que esperar un tiempo a que paypal me lo devuelva, con lo cual tengo que volver a hacer el pago en otra pagina.

El envío tardo un poco pero como digo pillo fiestas de por medio, quizá error mío elegir mrw en lugar de Seúr personalmente tengo mejor experiencia con seur.
La atención al cliente muy buena, ninguna queja, la tienda realizó el envío en fecha (tardo la agencia de transporte). Quizá como mejora que en la página haya enlace con la agencia de transporte para seguimiento del paquete, pero estoy muy contenta.
