Tanto el envío como la atención al cliente, muy satisfactorios. El jamón llegó incluso un poco antes de lo que esperaba. Consulté también por whatsapp algunas dudas y la persona que me atendió (Isabel) me las resolvió rápidamente.

La compra ha sido buena sin ningún tipo de problema pero si tuve que gestionar con el transportista la entrega ponía mi dirección bien y le marcaba en el paquete q tenía q dejarlo en Eroski me llamó yo estaba a 10 minutos y concretamos la recogida en otro punto que tenía que hacer entrega
La próxima ya sabiendo esto recalcaré que me llame 30’ antes y acordamos donde nos vemos
