Siempre que he comprado algo en Papiro ha llegado en perfectas condiciones y muy rápido y nunca he tenido ningún problema con los pedidos. Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio, muy recomendable.

Opino exactamente lo mismo que acabo de indicar. Me hicisteis pagar el envío MAS CARO con la compañía MRW que se inventa que ha ido a tu casa, ni hace un segundo intento de entrega suponiendo que de verdad hayan hecho un primero, OS EQUIVOCASTEIS y mandasteis mi pedido a Sevilla y encima que tuve que esperar 10 DIAS habiendo pagado cuando llegó me tuve que desplazar YO a recogerlo porque la dichosa compañía que ofrecéis y hacéis pagar NO ME LO ENTREGÓ ni me llamó. Por si fuera poco os lo digo por whatsapp y me dicen “hablaremos con el jefe para que te de una solución” y AUN ESTOY ESPERANDO que alguien me conteste algo.

IMPRESENTABLES

Vais a tener esta reseñita puesta aquí, en Google, y en toda red social que tengáis, os aseguro que poco o mucho perdéis clientes por esto que antes de haceros un pedido online se lo pensaran. No es el error, es la desfachatez de ni contestarme y devolverme el gasto de envío que PAGUÉ PARA NADA.

Qué opino?

Que me cobrasteis el envío MAS CARO con la compañia MRW, os equivocasteis y enviasteis mi pedido a Sevilla, tuve que esperar 10 días y encima cuando llegó la compañía que ofrecéis y hacéis pagar NO vuelve ni llama para llevarte el pedido cuando estés así que ENCIMA de esperar 10 diastpor vuestro error tuve que desplazarme YO, os lo dije por whatsapp y me dijeron que hablarían con el jefe para darme solución, y la solución fue JAMAS VOLVER A DECIRME NADA ni tener el miserable detalle de devolverme los gastos de envío.

Vais a tener esta opinión aquí, en Google, en Facebook si tenéis y en TODO lo que tengáis en red.

Aprended a tratar al cliente como toca, a saber si estáis capacitados para ser tienda online y sobretodo a comunicarse con el cliente si decís que vais a ofrecerle solución.
