Compré unos guantes el 12 de diciembre 2025( regalo para navidad). Me llegan defectuosos, les mando wassap y se supone q han reclamado al fabricante, hoy 8 /1/2026 sigo sin guantes y ni devolución de los guantes defectuosos, ni el dinero, ni guantes en perfecto estado. Me parece perfecto q reclamen al fabricante pero devolución de guantes y devolución del dinero. O cuánto tiempo tengo q estar esperando los guantes??

Hola Noelia, creo que ya has recibido unos nuevos guantes, si ha tardado algo en resolverse porque el fabricante cerraba en navidades, pero una vez de vuelta lo hemos gestionado lo más rapido posible

El envío se retrasó unos pocos días por falta de stock en la tienda, pero por lo demás todo fue perfecto. La sudadera con diseño vintage de Honda se ve elegante y de muy buena calidad. Recomendable tanto la tienda como el producto.

Hola se te ha vendido el bombin que corresponde con el modelo que deberia llevar tu moto, lo que no indicas es que estas intentando montar un baul que corresponde aun modelo de otro año, por eso no funciona, de hecho te hemos dicho que recogemos el prodcuto y te abonamos el importe del prodcuto, el porte no, porque consideramos que no es un error nuestro puesto que no nos diste toda la informacion , cuando preguntamos el modelo y año de la moto (deberias haber indicado que el baul no era de esa moto) damos por hecho que vas a montar el baul que le corresponde y no otro que corrsponde con un modelo de otro año
