Muy buen producto, pero el pedido era de 500 gramos y lo enviado no llegaba al peso , entiendo la dificultad de igualar el peso exacto pero deberian tener un detalle y enviar unos gramos mas y no de menos como hicieron

Producto de calidad y envío rápido.
No puedo sin embargo dar buena opinión sobre la empresa de entrega de los pedidos, GLS. Por suerte en este país todavía hay gente que trabaja, creo que por eso se pide el teléfono para concertar la entrega con la empresa de reparto GLS. El día de la entrega te llaman desde la puerta del domicilio, y ante la respuesta de porque no se pusieronen contacto conmigo previamente que para eso tienen el teléfono, la respuesta es que no pueden llamar a todos los clientes, que tienen muchos envíos.
Resumiendo, me tengo que desplazar a un punto de entrega a recogerlo y 2 días el paquete por ahí.

Gracias por tus palabras José Manuel. Lamentamos mucho la mala experiencia con GLS, efectivamente os deberían haber llamado antes de la recogida. Se lo trasladaremos para que sean conscientes de ello e intenten no repetirlo en futuros envíos.
