Hola Fikri, lamentamos que hayas tenido problemas con tu Redmi A2, si ves que hay algo que no funcione como debe, utiliza los canales de comunicación con nosotros para proceder a un cambio del terminal en garantía. Nuestros móviles son todos nuevos y precintados pero eso no quita que pueda tener algún defecto de fábrica, eso le pasa a todas las tiendas. Verás tu fuente de gatos lleva desde el día 6 en un punto de recogida de SEUR, ya no podemos saber si fue por expreso deseo tuyo o porque no te pudieron localizar y lo dejaron en un punto de recogida.
