La valoración no es por el producto en sí, porqué todavía no he podido probarlo.
La valoración negativa es por la tardanza en el envío, ya que ha tardado 8 días en llegar a mi domicilio, un envío de Madrid a Bilbao (4 horas de coche).
Mi valoración negativa también para la empresa de trasporte UPS, ya que en lugar de llevarlo a mi domicilio, lo han dejado en un pabellón de alquiler de trasteros, que es un punto UPS, sin avisarme y alegando que en la dirección faltaba piso y letra. Claro, es un chalet, por eso solo figuraba el número y la calle. También tenían mi teléfono en la etiqueta de envío y no se dignaron en llamar.
En resumen, experiencia negativa y dudo que vuelva a comprar en esta tienda.

Aunque tuve mis dudas de comprar en esta página porque había malas reseñas yo no he tenido ningún problema. Me llegó rápido y en perfecto estado . Las gafas yo ya las había probado con lo cual sabía que me iban a encantar. Te relajan y te dejan en un estado muy agradable. Yo ya las estoy recomendando a mis conocidos.

Dispongo de varios masajeadores de esta tienda y me gusta pasarme de vez en cuando por la tienda por si pillo alguna oferta. El otro día Ekaterina me dio a probar estas gafas y sin duda alguna pienso volver a comprarlas porque me parecen increibles para el cansancio despues de un dia en la oficina. Sin duda alguna, Ekaterina es de las mejores vendedoras porque sabe identificar lo que te hace falta.

Hace unos días dejé un comentario por aquí respecto a una incidencia que tuve, pues bueno el equipo se puso en contacto conmigo, de tal manera sé involucraron en mi incidencia, que hasta que no me solucionaron todo no han parado, estoy contentísimo con el servicio obtenido, ahora si que si, me toca de disfrutar con mis gafas de global relax. Compré unas gafas, y nunca se terminan de apagar, por lo que siempre hay que tenerla conectada, para que funcione, me puse en contacto con vosotros y no dieron la cara, totalmente desilusionado…

Los técnicos me indican que para apagar las gafas tiene que tener presionado el botón de encendido/apagado como 4-5 segundos. Si todavía las gafas no se apagan le pido amablemente que me mande un video del problema a la siguiente dirección de email: [email protected] junto con el numero de pedido.

Bonjour,
Je viens de recevoir le masseur occulaire acheté sur Amazon modele 2021. Je suis migraineuse et les massages sont vraiment parfaits. Par contre la musique est insupportable et je n arrive pas a la couper. Je prefere un massage en silence, en cas de crise de migraine le moindre son est une douleur supplementaire. Pouvez vous m aider svp?

Comme l'indique clairement la notice d'utilisation de l'appareil de massage facial SKANDAS (page 8 : Musique et contrôle de volume) :
"En même temps, appuyez sur les boutons ▶/◀ pour interrompre la musique. Appuyez de nouveau sur les deux boutons en même temps pour reprendre."

From Global Relax we thank you for your interest in our products. If it refers to the duration of the Skandas when they are fully charged, I will tell you that it depends on the daily use that you give, if you are going to devote 2/3 daily massages of 15 minutes you can last 4/5 days. The full load of the Skandas is 4 to 5 hours.
