La mia esperienza alla scuola di Trieste era molto soddisfacente. La squadra è al top. Ana e Cyntia sono attenti alle nostre esigenze. Mi è piaciuto di non essere considerata come un studente. L'ambiante dei corsi permette di parlare facilmente.
Le visite organizzate sono interessante. Marina conosce molto bene la città.
Grazzie a tutti per queste due settimane.

Oro e Colore where I took painting restoration and gilding techniques and restoration course is top class school in Florence, Italy. There are teach high professionals, they are the best people with professionalism, many thanks to Studiainitalia and Ms. Federica for giving me the opportunity to study at Oro e Colore and many thanks to Ms. Stefania And Ms. Manuela and Mr. Carlo, the best teachers.

I cannot submit this review without commenting on my amazing teacher, Lucetta. I walked every week day through Florence to her studio to learn about the Renaissance Art Period. I cannot believe how much I learned about the different artists, the style, the techniques and skills used. I really learned why these artists were and still are so influential to artists across Art History including modern art today. Alongside the learning, I practised the skills by producing some of my own artwork. I could not have done this without Lucetta. I invested in her but equally, she recognised the artist within me and assisted in my growth and development. After the two weeks, I realised I had learned a wealth of knowledge about the Renaissance Art period and I felt more confident as an artist and the use of oil paint in particular. The first steps are the hardest and then as with all journeys, once started, you gain confidence and even if you don't know where you're heading exactly, the process is both enjoyable, challenging, exhilarating and worthwhile!

Mi sentivo abbastanza felice di parlare il poco italiano che conoscevo. La mia fiducia è cresciuta rapidamente. Mi sono sentita supportata dal mio insegnante che è fantastico. Ho amato il tempo trascorso all'Istituto Venezia.

Al di là dell'Istituto, ho trovato frustrante non avere molte opportunità di parlare bene l'italiano perché le persone che lavorano nei bar/ristoranti devono parlare inglese.
Tuttavia ho avuto opportunità al mercato, nei negozi di beneficenza locali e in generale nei negozi e mercati locali. Le persone sono state molto disponibili e mi sono sentito rilassato.

Fun and informative classes

I made some new friends, I learned a great deal and I had a fun time. The school also arranged the accommodation for me and this turned out to be really very good. I am pleased with the entire trip and would definitely return.

Had the most amazing time learning Italian in Taormina. I originally signed up to do a one week cast but loved it so much I did a second week. The teacher was amazing, the scenery was beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

Mi è piaciuta molto l´organizzazione e soprattutto la metodologia pedagogica in classe. I´insegnante era molto bravo.

I think better expectations for the course should be established. While I did enjoy very much going to the studio every day, I was given no plan and very little support or teacher contact whilst learning. I spent a lot of time on YouTube to assist my improvement.
Spending 2 weeks in Florence was wonderful and I am grateful to have had this time in the studio where I am proud of what I achieved. But I cannot recommend the course for total beginners as the support for learning is so limited and most students were left alone for most of the time. There was no plan for th 2 weeks other than one I devised for myself. This should be improved to ensure clear goals for learning and outcomes to achieve during the course with interest and support from the teacher in the students progress

Everything was perfect both before and during my language school experience. The price was good and my accommodation was great. I can’t recommend studiainitalia highly enough, and I’m already thinking about a trip next year!

I enjoyed very much my time in the Italian school in Rome. My classes were fun and the excursions allowed me to meet new friends. The accommodation with the Italian host was also really good and allowed me to get the true local experience. Very enjoyable stay!

Very professional and thoughtful. I would recommend to other students planning to learn Italian in Italy, however I would recommend not always going with the accomodation recommended by the school.

We loved the course experience. I wish all our artist-colleagues could have the opportunity to work with Lucetta. She know how to challenge her students in a gracious and lighthearted manner. We wished we could bring her home with us.

I enjoyed the Italian language courses and did the cooking class in Bologna. All provided information from StudiainItalia was correct and clear which was always a great start on arrival. Thank you!
