I think the product is okay but I wasn’t actually sent a Zen Shaper so it’s very difficult to review it.
The crazy fitness is what I received and should have been £199 but I paid £500 for a Zen shaper.
As the company is hard to communicate with I don’t want to attempt to send the product all the way to Spain so we will persevere with what we have.
At least it arrived in tact. It has strange wheels which to use, you have to tip the whole piece of equipment very far back to get it to engage with the wheels which is hard for small people or people with fragile backs etc so moving it will be hard. But all the programmes of crazy fitness seem to work ok

Hi. Unable to use the product right now due to the cable that runs from the base to the control panel was under the column and was sliced during moving. I have sent a Whatsapp request for either replacement parts or a new unit. It's only been 48 hours but no response.

This is a replacement for the previous one, which I had for 12 years and used regularly. It is very similar, although only 3 programmes which for me is taking some getting used to. However there is still the manual option, allowing for a personalised programme. The fact I've had one for 12 years speaks for itself - great for circulation and toning.

Transport und Bestellvorgang war ohne Beanstandung.
Die Anleitung zum Aufbau kann man vergessen. Der Aufbau klappte aber auch so zu zweit mit etwas Menschenverstand.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist ebenfalls dürftig und schlecht übersetzt. Zur Anwendung selbst kann ich noch nicht viel sagen…insgesamt sieht das Gerät stabil und funktionell aus.

Sicher ein gutes Gerät. Leider fehlt in einem der Steckhülsen an der Grundplatte die innere Mutter. Dadurch lässt sich die Stange nur mit einer Mutter fixieren. Leider lässt sich nachträglich eine Mutter dort nur schwer anbringen.
